Getting Around
This really depends on your personal interest and plans. If you like exploring, renting a car will give you the freedom to do day trips around Merida any other day. Mérida is located amidst an array of cenotes and beaches to visit. Driving here is safe and the roads are well signaled, although we do suggest you use either Waze or google maps to arrive to the destination desired. If you prefer not to, we can help arrange private transportation and tours. There are plenty of Taxis in Mérida and are inexpensive, Uber is available as well. It’s important to mention that we are located just only 15 minutes away from Mérida´s International Airport.
Most rental car companies are in Merida´s Airport or downtown Merida at the Fiesta Americana Hotel.
The city of Merida has been voted by several years now, as one of the safest cities in Mexico. The villages surrounding Mérida are quiet, small, and peaceful.
Yes, especially in Mérida. Adhere to the rules of the road as you would anywhere else. On most streets except for highways, you will encounter speed bumps called ‘topes’, it’s also extremely important to pay close attention to the stop signs since there is not always lights on the crossroads. All gas stations are of high quality, and they are plenty of them on the main roads.
Yes. We have household staff who will make the beds, clean the villla, wash dishes, and change linens every three days. We also have garden staff of maintaining the garden and pool area. The employees are on-premises from 9 am-3 pm. For additional services such as laundry and or cooking, we do have a surcharge, which should be discussed with us prior to your visit
No, the tap water is not for drinking. However, we provide purified water in the kitchen for drinking. Purified ice cubes are provided and additional can be purchased locally.
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of up to 150 mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 mbps.
Yes! The inspiring views paired with lighting speed wifi make this the perfect place to knock some work out.
Our Villas were designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with AC units. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year.

Shopping
Guests often stock up and buy groceries on some of the largest grocery stores chains such as Costco, Walmart, or Chedraui in Mérida. We are located within a 5-to-15-minute drive stores and supermarkets. For an extra free, we can also provide pre-arrival grocery shopping, whatever can make your stay with us more comfortable. We do stock for you cooking essentials such as olive oil and other condiments.
All fruits and vegetables must be washed before and disinfected before consumption. we have provided you with anti-bacterial wash in the kitchens to do so. Please avoid putting any fruits or vegetables inside the fridge with being washed first.
